My Desktop at my office is an HP w2007. I updated Firefox, but it still didn't update. The windows are still gray and It won't let me put any personas on it. What can I do to fix this?

Yeah. I've tried updating it multiple times. I've restarted my computer twice. No change what so ever. This gray window is making me so mad! PLEASE help. Thank you! :D

Download the latest version of Firefox and install it over your current installation.
