I am using Firefox 4 Beta 3 and I can't see the "recently closed tabs" and "recently closed windows" in Firefox-->History. Where are they?

They do not appear on the History entry of the Firefox button, but they are still on the traditional History menu, accessible by pressing Alt and S.

Checking through some mockups of the Firefox button, it appears that it is planned to add them to the History option of the Firefox button. Though there are likely to be some differences, see this image for an idea of what the final Firefox menu button will look like - https://bug583386.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=461697
