How do I change the default rss reader?

Posted

When I subscribe to an rss feed, firefox launches bloglines automatically. I can't figure out how to change it to another reader or to have it ask for a preference.

  1. Open the Preferences dialog (Select Firefox > Preferences)
  2. Select the Applications panel
  3. In the Content Type column locate Web Feed
  4. The Action column will give a drop down menu of how to handle the feeds

For more details see Change what Firefox does when you click on or download a file.
