I cannot load pdf pages in websites - works OK in IE

IE and Firefox use different plugins for PDFs. You probably have the IE one but not the Fx one.

Either install the Adobe Reader plugin for Firefox from the Adobe site or - much more secure - use a simpler PDF reader like Sumatra.

I uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it and the problem was fixed
