I can not resolve my problems with you like this!! I am going to discontinue using you. I prefer to actually speak with someone via telephone. This venue is futile.

Well, I am surprised. I don't seem to have the screen resolution notification popping up anymore after telling you about it. I am grateful. Did you fix it? I would have thought my problem would have gone unnoticed by you and would like to say thank you. I am so accustomed to talking to people over the phone to resolve my problems.
