this message popped up for me. i saw this question elsewhere, but i couldn't respond because it had been closed do to being "solved" although it wasn't at all. the response that "solved" the problem and subsequently caused the thread to close was just someone else asking about the problem. i am fairly certain this pop-up is a trojan/malware/etc. do not download any files.

This is a pop-up trying to trick the user into installing the rogue software.

DO NOT INSTALL it for what ever reason close the window.

I use Firefox and Chrome (always good to have a backup), and oddly enough I haven't gotten this on Firefox, but I DID get the exact same thing on Chrome, with the same url and everything, but I do agree, I very much suspect this is a very cunning attempt to get you to download malware.
