how do I delete my bank card from my bank login page

I saved my bank card on my banks website and now I have to change the card. I have tried deleting the bank card, the correct window pops up saying "do you want to...". I say yes and the bank card remains. I have even tried just using the "add a new card" feature and it won't store. I have to use IE for my banking until this gets fixed.

Have you tried manually clearing your cache and the cookies for the bank website?
