Computer lost me and my programs.

Posted

I was adding my husb as a user with no passwords ever , except for certain programs we are both disabled. I restarted the computer and in the next session I unzipped a folder attempted to re-zip it would not allow me to do so. I shut the system down for the night the day I was missing. My email is the only thing I use in live and I cannot access it. If there is anything you can do I would sincerely appreciate. Respectfully, Donna Treece PS If you could call me or fax but call before faxing. 352.357.6970 i do not know what you are asking for below, I'm running Windows XP svc pk 3, 32 bit. I have your most expensive securty for home use, Thank You

This sounds like a Windows problem, not a Firefox problem. Try asking in a Windows forum. Good luck.
