Can you try Starting Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode ?

Also can you try disabling all addons by starting Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode then checking the box that says Disable All Addons

Was the file not recreated after the reboot? Can you try the other links from my post? See also http://kb.mozillazine.org/Antivirus_software

Please also try to disable all plugins and extensions in Tools > Addons, then restart, then check that your Home page in the Options window - General Panel is set to something different from Qword.

If I click to uninstall it, It's still there it just removes it from under my programs menu. RegAlyzer doesn't do anything. It won't even search. I've restarted twice since i installed it.

I read this 2months ago when Qword took over IE. but Iv'e tried most of this: Best Answer - Chosen by Voters You don't say what web browser you are using, but if you are using Firefox try this: 1) click on the drop-down arrow to the left of the search box 2) click on Manage search engines 3) click on Qword, then on the Remove button, then on the OK button

The procedure is similar in Internet Explorer. If this doesn't work it might be because qword has hijacked your browser. There are bad programs out there like this. I never heard of Qword and i don't know if they do this. If your browser has been hijacked then you'll need some help from some anti-malware software like Spybot Search & Destroy, Malwarebytes, Adaware, or Superantispyware. "I don't have another browser at this time so how would i reinstall Mozilla after i remove it? "

Download the installer at http://getfirefox.com and run it, it will erase the old Firefox (except for the user settings located in the profile folder - these ones include bookmarks too) on its own, you don't need to do the remove manually.
