Want to have each user have a different colour firefox and firefox icon.

Posted

I know how to download themes but none seem to just allow me to change the colours of each users' instance of Firefox. This doesn't seem like it should be that difficult. I also want to change the colour of the icon that each users running Firefox sees in the system tray and when hitting alt-tab. Is this possible? Thanks.

Hi.

The only solutions I'm seeing are:

  1. finding a theme that allows you to choose which color you want;
  2. installing different themes (there are a few themes that are lookalike, only the colors changing);
  3. using personas (you can use personas over a custom theme if you install Personas 1.4 and not the newest version);
  4. creating a custom CSS to change colors for each user.
