Pretty amazing. I have the same problem. Everyone (sic) continues to supply this same advice (to me & others) and (several of us) continue to respond by saying that this advice (download add-on) doesn't work (for us). I too have been told to do this (download the add-on) multiple times when I asked for advice and have gone ahead and done it (several times) but it (i.e., the ?add-on?) doesn't appear anywhere on my taskbar or elsewhere. Why do people continue to give this guidance if it doesn't work? Is it possible that this help system isn't monitored? Don't the support people (?) know by now that this same answer over & over isn't working?
