Firefox is blocked by SAFE EYES

I cannot use firefox because SAFE EYES is blocking it. This is every single time, impossible to browse with firefox, so I have to use IE which I don't like. Can somebody help me with this? I called SAFE EYES and they don't have any idea. Thanks, Eric

Every time Firefox opened
