How do I change font COLOR... toolbars at top of Mozilla main window? Tx

... changed top of window background & font color changed... tried 'TOOLS-OPTIONS.. et al', no joy... how can I change font color? tx

I want to change the font color of my menu items (File, edit, view, etc.) and my bookmarks but have searched and searched and cannot find instructions on how to do it.
