If you are using filters, make sure none of them have a blank (empty) field.

The local folder had a blank (empty) field. I deleted it but I still have the problem!

I posted a question about 7 minutes ago about Bird 155 not processing Message filters correctly. When I went in to correct the situation, ALL MY RULES HAD A BLANK FIELD AT THE TOP OF THE LIST. I did not put them there.
