All yahoo emails have gone blank--the entire message is empty
my yahoo emails have all gone blank--the From: Mary and To: Frank in the top left of message box remains, but the entire message itself is completely blank. however, the messages show up as usual in safari. any help or suggestions would be welcome as i cannot reach any support from firefox. thank you.

A good first step is to test Yahoo Mail in Troubleshoot Mode:
Open the Firefox menu ☰ → Help → Troubleshoot Mode…
Restart Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode.
Sign in to Yahoo Mail and open one of the affected messages.
If the message body appears normally there, an extension or Firefox customization is likely interfering with Yahoo Mail. In that case, you can disable your extensions one at a time to find the cause, paying particular attention to ad blockers, privacy/security extensions, and script-blocking extensions.
If the messages are still blank in Troubleshoot Mode, try clearing Yahoo's site data in Firefox and then sign in again.
