メールソフトをアウトルックからサンダーバードへ移行したく、サンダーバードのアプリはダウンロードしましたが、 サインインに失敗なのか？認証できなく困っています。受信サーバーはIMAPですが、サンダーバード ではPOP3とでてきたので、手動でIMAPにかえてもみましたが、とにかく認証しないのです。 どうしたらよいか教えていただきたいです。

Chosen Solution

You cannot change an account from POP to IMAP. Better to delete the POP account and start over. Do not enter password until prompted to do so.
