After updating to Firefox 138 on Windows 11, startup takes about 30 seconds. Safe Mode is faster. I tried refreshing and it did not help. Marked **bold test** and [a link](https://example.org) plus {{7*7}} literal check.

As a first step, can you try updating Firefox to the latest version. Is there any improvement?
