Ich habe mir heute das Programm installiert und beim Einloggen werde ich nach meinem Namen, meiner Emailadresse und nach meinem Emailpasswort gefragt, doch leider wird mir immer ein Fehler angezeigt! Ich habe jedoch alle Daten auf ihre Korrektheit überprüft und kann keine Fehleingabe finden.

My first suggestion is to NOT use the password until prompted for it. If the problem persists, please post a screenshot at the time of the error, as that may provide information so someone here can respond. Thank you.
