How to get Firefox to allow Aldi login.

jbr replied
Gene Heard

I have been using Firefox for a long time to access Aldi. Now it goes to the login page, but will not let me input my email or phone number. The word Aldi is in its place and will not let me input anything. I can't even get rid of the name Aldi from it. I can use Edge with no problem at all, but I don't use Edge. What could be my problem with FireFox? I've tried all the troubleshooting tricks I can find online, but nothing works. Aldi, which is tied with Instacart informed me that it was a problem with Firefox. The actual website for Aldi is listed below. Please advise.

Sincerely, Gene Heard

Gene, if you open a new Private Window and try signing in there… does the page load correctly in a private tab there, or still nothing?

Sorry it tool me so long to reply, but have had a lot going on. The answer is that Yes, in a private window, there is not problem loading and signing in. What can I do?

No worries, whatever needs attention bubbles up in the topics, when there's an update.

While I don't understand why they would be rendering anything to that tune you have described, let's just see if cleaning up any stale site data from them could help here.

See Clear cookies and site data in Firefox — the first chapter "Clear cookies for the current website" is the best choice for you, when you're on the login site — this will clean up outdated session data and give you the same fresh start.
