The option is on the update page when you update if it is avilable in your area.

The update two days ago here in the UK to 151.0 was the first time I had to install it, I chose not to, but bookmarked the page.

This question is asked multiple times a week, that you see if you searched before this :D

It's being rolled out slowly, US, Canada, UK, Germany etc. etc.
