Problem connecting to my Bank's website

In the last 48 hours I haven't been able to access the following - https://www.co-operativebank.co.uk - they do not appear to be the problem - when I try the link the 'retrying' symbol on the top left of screen (?taskbar), flashes extremely rapidly and it appears the system can't find the website. Are you aware of this issue.

Nothing new - those installed have been there for several years - I initially sent this enquiry to Mozilla support who kindly referred me to this forum - after I had logged my query here I had one more try to access my bank and got through with no problems, so whatever caused the glitch, it is now resolved but thank you for responding, much appreciated.
