I got the message about this new included outgoing VPN but I don't see any such symbol on the right side?? I think this leaves a user confused and poorly informed about what is causing this absence.

Hi Frans

The VPN built into Firefox is only available in a number of locales at the present time, but all being well, we hope to expand that list in the future.

Why not tell the user if the VPN built into Firefox is available or not? You could show a different symbol dependent on the availability. That would be good information!!

If it is not available, there should not be any VPN button in the Firefox toolbar.
