Confirm that your outgoing (SMTP) server settings are correct as per Charter's help page:

https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/mobile-email-setup

Your password is stored (in Windows) in <Tools | Settings | Privacy and Security | Passwords | Saved Passwords>. You can edit or delete passwords here. To get an actual new password for your email account, you have to do that at your Charter account web page.
