Forwarded emails

I have 2 Verizon accounts in Thunderbird. One of them works fine, the other one gets the emails that were sent to the first one. It's like there is a forwarding address sent on the first email that is sending them to the second one. I removed the accounts completely, uninstalled and re-installed the Thunderbird and I still have the same problem. On webmail, on aol.com, the email addresses work perfectly fine.

Just a possibility to test: If email sent to account A also appears in account B, then uninstall account B and see if account A still functions. My thought is that one of the two accounts may be an alias for the other.

Deego2, have you searched the forum for similar reports? You may find useful information. Odd things are happening with AOL and Yahoo accounts because of a recent change. I have not kept up with the details, so I do not know if your problem is related. It may be.
