We need a screenshot. There is a simple, free, utility called 'sniptool' at https://www.reasyze.com/
My inference is MS is being prompted to install the Microsoft version of Thunderbird, and that is not preferred. The text you shared does ot relate to routine Thunderbird dialogue. Thank you.
Is https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/security/zero-trust/develop/permissions-require-admin-consent the screen shot you are seeing?
