I can receive emails but when I try to forward or reply, it says limitations on sending email. Sometimes it will send them much later. Help!n

If I reply to an email or I copy and try to send an email it says limitations on sending email. Sometimes it will send them later. It does not matter if I am sending to many people or just one, I get the same response. This only started happening about a week ago, until then I had no problems. Help please.

Thunderbird is just your agent; if your provider places restrictions, you need to contact them if you seek adjustments.
