TB freezes when adding a new email account

when i went to add a new email account to TB. it just freezes. (same window after 2hrs) I have restarted the app, rebooted the PC, even tried a manual update of TB. same result (see attached). any help would be greatly appreciated.

try this: - click to settings>general and UNTICK the account setup hub -- see attached -- and retry
