Thunderbird 140.7 stopped syncing/saving my sent mail from my Microsoft email account for the last 2 days. Now, it stopped sending emails, too!

Thunderbird hasn't saved any of my Microsoft Emails for days and now it won't send. My other accounts (Gmail, AOL, etc.) work fine, however. How do I make the fix so I can send and also sync my Sent emails so they show up! I just get long hold ups and error messages.
