Android Thunderbird and Windows Thunderbird Interaction?

My question is, whether or not the android Thunderbird will interact with the windows Thunderbird I have on my laptop. On my laptop, I have Thunderbird redirect emails into various folders. On my cellphone, I'm currently using Fairemail but it's not aware of those folders on my laptop which is a problem when doing a search on my cell for a specific email, if the email I'm looking for has migrated to those folders on the laptop. Thanks in advance, Phil

If the folders are within the IMAP account, and not local to the PC, your Fairemail app should see them fine. Any app running IMAP should have no problem. I use Bluemail and it interacts well with PC thunderbird because both are interacting with the same IMAP account. Check to be sure your phone is set for IMAP, and whether there are settings in Fairemail to modify.

Thank you, changing to IMAP solved the problem.

You're very welcome.
