Please clarify. Are you referring to the Outlook app, or to outlook website? Is this just to view or a move of an account? I am puzzled because the Outlook app can show multiple accounts. Thank you

How can I transfer all my emails to be able to view on Microsoft Outlook.

You can just add your email account to Microsoft Outlook. Go to Outlook → Add Account, enter your email address, and sign in. Outlook will automatically sync and download your emails, so you can view them there without manually transferring them.
