Hi - To Whom It May Concern,

I have been using Thunderbird as my mail e-mail package for some 20 years. In the last few months I have encountered a major problem when sending out e-mails. I have several address books with some having 30 addresses & others have just 5 or 6. If I send out an e-mail either from an address book or to a new address that I type in and it is to a " .btinternet.com" account the e-mail gets returned. If I then send an e-mail to the same recipient ".btinernet.com" from another computer it get to the recipient in question. Do you have any idea what the issue may be.

It may help to know if there is an error message involved here. That is, why is the message being returned? Seeing a screenshot of the complete error message may be useful.
