I do not understand why I cannot sign in and therefore answer emails as a result. Please may I have some help. I am in my eighties and very self taught, but do not know how to resolve this.

What exactly are you seeing? I am guessing some sort of error message. Do you think you could share it? YOu topic indicated you are using windows 11 so perhaps post a screen shot if what you are seeing.
