I've used Thunderbird for years. Just came back from vacation and I can no longer receive email from Comcast. I get a message stating timeout connecting to the IMAP server. I have tried removing my account and installing it again using the automatic installation. Still cannot connect to the server. Interestingly I send send an email which goes through even though I get an IMAP connection error. I have tried removing and reinstalling my account. I have gone onto Comcast and made sure that third party mail programs can have access. I do not have a VPN. I am using standard Windows Defender security. Never had a problem before this but I went in and put in an exclusion for Thunderbird anyway. Very frustrated, any help would be appreciated.
