Chosen solution

If you are looking for automated solutions, I would suggest 2 tools that I personally used as a professional in a large-scale company. With both of these tools, you can convert your EMLs into Thunderbird or any other format you like in just a few minutes, that so in bulk without any data loss or disturbance in hierarchy. You can either use the RecoveryTools EML converter or the 4n6 EML converter. Both of these are top-notch and have neck-to-neck competition in terms of security and bulk conversion without any errors or size restrictions. I hope it helps. Both provide a free demo version, you can try both and let me know if it helped!

Do let me know, if these tools solved your problem or not.

Do this: - add the addon, importexporttools NG you can do this by clicking the hamburger menu in upper right and selecting addons - highlight Local Folders and create a new folder to contain the EML messages - next, highlight the new folder, rightclick and select the importexport option to 'import EML messages' Yes, it's that easy. :)

Make a subfolder of Local Folders, add eml files to the subfolder by drag and drop from File Explorer.

I am not looking for manual ways, as I have a huge number of EML files. I want some reliable tools that can help me out in this.

Please provide more info, as both of the suggestions do an efficient job quickly.

No, I have used this way, and a lot of time my files got stuck, and I got my files with the wrong folder hierarchy, and also without attachments. I have thousands of files to convert, and the method you are suggesting is not suitable for a large dataset. I don't prefer this way as Thunderbird is a cloud-based application, which can lead to a data breach and data security issues.

I've been using ImportExportToolsNG to import and export thousands of eml messages at a time without any problem. It's fast and reliable and includes attachments. Have you tried it? And it has not worked well?

I import and export only one folder at a time. Are you looking for a way to import many folders at one time? I just used ImportExportToolsNG to import a folder with two sub-folders of eml messages. It worked fine.

Thunderbird is not a cloud-based app. What is your concern? If you don't trust Thunderbird, why do you want to import thousands of messages into it? Perhaps there is more to share about what you are trying to accomplish so we can help better?

I get thousands of EML files every day to convert them into Thunderbird, and it's not possible to do that with these manual methods. I am looking for automated solutions that can convert my EML files to Thunderbird, not the manual method. I am not interested in manual ways!

Thousands of messages every day is new information. I do not know any tools that will do what you want.

Apparently, the messages could not be received in Thunderbird to start with instead of being imported?

Thankyou dude! It really helped me to export my EMLs into Thunderbird account. My main concern was to export multiple large EMLs from different sources into multiple Thunderbird account and it was getting difficult for me to do that manually. This tool helped me in doing that without any errors or hassle!!!
