Bookmarks not working

Hi, since upgrading to version 144.0 I have the following issues:

-I don't see any search results from my bookmarks in the URL bar when I type things in. -I have lost the ability to drag urls to the bookmarks bar. -I can't delete any bookmarks or folders either when using the manage bookmarks window or by right clicking on the bookmarks.

I have checked the settings to show bookmarks in the URL bar and they are set correctly and I have also disabled then re-enabled them but with no joy.

If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated as it's doing my head in...
