Network or File Access Error
I frequently get the error message:
"Message was sent but copy was not placed in your Sent Folder due to network or file access errors."
How do I fix this? Is it something to do with a recently installed Norton 360 application?

Who is the mail provider for the account? gmail and outlook.com accounts require specific settings for sent messages.

I looked at dreamhost suggested settings at https://help.dreamhost.com/hc/en-us/articles/216962167-Mozilla-Thunderbird-overview and they recommend STARTTLS for outbound. I encourage reviewing the site to see if your settings are correct.

I changed the setting to STARTTLS but it did not resolve the problem.
Besides setting the security to STARTTLS, check that the authentication method is 'normal password'. They also recommend smtp.dreamhost.com for the outgoing server name. You might also have to disable scanning of outgoing mail by Norton.
