Thunderbird Mozilla
I have a new computer. All data was transferred from old to new. My Thunderbird icon is on the desktop, but when I try to open it, I get the error message No Path Found. I am wondering if it was actually downloaded. Can you help me with this?
Chosen solution
It may be that it needs to be downloaded and installed. is the old computer still available? if so, it will be simpler to copy from there. My concern isn't THunderbird, as that can be readily downloaded; the issue is whether your profile was safely transferred. if you don't want to repeat the transfer, look at c:\users\<yourid>\appdata\roaming to see if there is a thunderbird folder. You can download and install thunderbird from https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/ - be sure to pick the desired version.
