Saved passwords
Hello, out of nowhere all of my saved passwords are gone. Please check the case asap and can you return them back, as I need them.

Hi Oven,
I understand how stressful it is to lose saved passwords. Unfortunately, Firefox community support (including myself) can’t access or restore your passwords directly for privacy and security reasons — they’re only stored on your device or in your Firefox Account.
Here are some steps you can try to recover them:
1. Check if you’re signed into your Firefox Account
Click the menu button (☰) in the top-right corner.
Look for your email under Sync and Save Data. If you’re signed out, sign back in with the same Firefox Account you used before.
Once signed in, your saved logins should sync back if they were stored in your account.
2. Check another device If you use Firefox on another phone, tablet, or computer with the same account, your saved logins might still be there. You can sign in and sync them back.
3. Restore from a backup
If you have a recent backup of your Firefox profile folder or your whole computer, you might be able to restore the logins from there.
Firefox stores saved passwords in files called logins.json and key4.db inside your profile folder.
4. If nothing works Sadly, if the files storing your passwords are gone and they weren’t synced to a Firefox Account, they can’t be recovered.
For future safety, I recommend enabling Firefox Sync so your saved logins are backed up securely to your account.
Let me know what device and operating system you’re using, and I can walk you through the exact recovery steps for that setup.
