The RESET error indicates that the site's server, or some device/filter between Firefox and the site's server, sent Firefox an RST packet, which is an instruction to immediately stop trying to connect.
Do you connect through any service that might not allow the word "hack" in URLs?
Are you using a VPN (in case the site rejects some VPN exit node IP addresses)?
