Problems (all intermittent)(not on Chrome): >things are really slow >images don't show >Mozilla-Firefox freezes >the screen goes black and comes back to normal in 1 or 2 seconds > " " " " " I have to log back onto my computer > " " " " " " " " " " " the site >everything already moving keep on moving but nothing responds to my cursor >Zoom and Kaiser Permanente never work well >other sites sometimes don't work well and sometimes do work well

I use Mozilla Firefox with Duckduckgo. This is very much my preferred setting...just not the way it's working now. Ann Marie
