The Dialog Box says I need Windows 10, but I have had windows 10 installed, ever since it came out?

I'm in hotmail daily with no issues. see screenshot Can you show the issue and hide any personal info. Hard to help with something we cannot see. Did you clear your browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox Are you running any security software besides MS Defender?
