Thanks for the screenshots, but the Firefox screenshot is not showing the full bar. Is there something being blocked by ETP? Looks like we cannot access the same pdf. It would be helpful if there was a pdf example that we could also access.

Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search Post a full browser screenshot while in Troubleshoot Mode and see if ETP is blocking anything.
