Change in context menu alignment starting 140.0

Prior to FF140 the context menu button labels left placeholders on the left that aligned the labels with extension buttons. Currently the labels moved to the left edge, which is a bit annoying after them being in the same place for years.

Was this a planned change or is this a bug I should report to bugzilla?

Curiously, if there is at least one item with a checkbox (e.g. this textbox) all items return to their old alignment. I find that even more distracting.

Best way to find out is report it as a possible bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi/). If you do, please post the link to it here.
