christ1, that doesn't answer my question per "Note: If you previously installed Thunderbird ESR into a directory that is different from the default location, then you must do a custom installation to that directory." So how do i find or where is directory for Thunderbird ESR located so i can be sure if i did or did not do a custom install.
Searching for thunderbird.exe should find it.
