When the add-on "Copy Sent to Current" is running, the Composition Toolbar in the Compose Window is blank and therefore there is no "Send" button. What am I missing?
I've attached two screenshots - one with Copy Sent to Current disabled and the other with the add-on enabled.

To answer my own question for the benefit of others: "Send" and the additional send options offered by this add-on are available in the Message Pane File drop-down list. These various send options can be added to the initially blank Composition Toolbar by right-clicking on the toolbar dragging the desired functions to the toolbar.

If this happens when using the addon, please contact the developer, as Thunderbird does not provide technical support for addons.
