Missing translation in the norwegian translation - Who to ask?

I use Thunderbird in norwegian, and there is one small thing... "Mail" is translated to "E-post" everywhere EXCEPT the toolbar button (still say "Mail"). "Address Book" is translated to "Adressebok" everywhere EXCEPT the toolbar button (still says "Address Book"). Who do I contact to fix this, or is there somewhere (config file etc) where I can fix this myself?

Thanks for reporting this. Please file a bug report at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Mozilla%20Localizations and pick one of the Norwegian localizations.
