Problems accessing Citizens Bank online

Hello,

I have a new account with Citizens Bank, but I don't seem to have access. I enter my username and password, and it prompts me to get a code on my phone. I do this, and once I enter it, I am taken back to the login page again.

I cleared all the associated cookies, but that didn't resolve the issue.

I can log in with Safari, but Firefox is my preferred browser.

Is there a security issue involved here?

Could I get some help with this?
