Have to reload/refresh everytime new page or video changes

Every time a new page loads (switching sites/pages in site/new site/video/same videos but new episode)i have to refresh the browser to have any control. Otherwise its clicking that doesn't register. Whenever a video, be it YouTube or crunchyroll, each video makes it so i have to refresh it or else I cannot click anywhere.

So every time a new page loads/changes I have to refresh it or else i cannot click anywhere. No control.


What is happening?

Every time a new page loads (switching sites/pages in site/new site/video/same videos but new episode)i have to refresh the browser to have any control. Otherwise its clicking that doesn't register.
