Lost sessions

Hello.

My name is Connor, and this morning i fear i made a dreadful error. i was about to open my mozilla, with the session (tabs and windows from yesterday 08.04.2025. included). as i was launching my mozila it froze, so i closed it and ran it again. but when i did i lost everything i had up until yesterday. is there any way i ca get it Restored, or is it all gone forever?

P.S. i don't have a phone due to my physical dissabilities. so if possible please contact me via my email.

Did you use the cntl-Shft-t to restore previous sessions? Also did you look at your History listing as if it was active and saved it would be listed there.

how do i check the listing? if you mean the manage history button, it shows me the tabs i used but i cannot recover it. (sorry i didn't quite understand your reply. i just hope i can get everything back soon)
