Hi, can you update the status here? Are you getting a particular error message?

Sometimes your security software won't allow the lightweight "stub" installer to retrieve all the files needed to install Firefox. As a workaround, try downloading a "full" installer from the following page:

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-release/
